Whangarei Museum and Heritage Park! There is a fully insulated 20m x 10m (minimum) building available which has its own kitchen and toilet. It was the 'Kiwi House' but is now vacant. The local bus service stops at the museum, and the park is full of clubs that retired men frequent, vintage machinery club, stationary engine club, vintage car club etc. Rents are cheap, ('peppercorn' springs to mind!)Some of the clubs pay $240 a year!
